Stay & Play: Boarding + Daycare

We’re excited to introduce our newest boarding experience, designed for dogs who love to stay active, social, and engaged!.

Stay & Play combines the comfort of overnight boarding with the fun and structure of our supervised daycare program, giving your dog the opportunity to enjoy exercise, enrichment, and appropriate social interaction throughout their stay.

If your dog has not previously completed a Daycare Assessment with us, one must be completed before they can participate in our Stay & Play program.

You have two options:

• Complete your Daycare Assessment before your stay here
• Complete the assessment during drop-off on the first day of your dog’s stay.

Our Stay & Play Daycare is a half-day (up to 6 hours) of structured daycare and is currently available Monday to Friday only. Your dog’s daycare session will be scheduled in either the morning or afternoon, depending on where we have the most availability that day.

Your booking will automatically be adjusted so you are only charged the Stay & Play rate on the days daycare is operating.

For weekends, statutory holidays, or any days when daycare is unavailable, you can choose between:

• Basic Boarding, or
• Boarding with our Enrichment Add-On for additional one-on-one activities.

Daycare Suitability

The safety and wellbeing of every dog in our care is our top priority. While we carefully assess each dog, some dogs may find the daycare environment overwhelming or unsuitable during their stay.

If your dog exhibits behaviours indicating that daycare is not the right fit, we will contact you to discuss adjusting their stay. At that time, you may choose to switch to either:

• Boarding with our Enrichment Add-On, or
• Basic Boarding.

If we are unable to reach you in a timely manner, we will automatically transition your dog to Boarding with our Enrichment Add-On for the remainder of their stay. This allows us to continue providing your dog with appropriate exercise, mental stimulation, and one-on-one interaction while ensuring the safety and comfort of all dogs in our care.
